MISSION:  To Serve and Preserve Neighborhoods 

  The mission of CONO is  to serve as a facilitator,
working with governmental agencies, neighbors and organizations to provide planning and information  that protects and preserves the integrity 

of our neighborhoods and the community as a whole.

The Council of Neighbors and Organizations plays an active roll in many local issues concerning neighborhoods. Here are a few:
