Neighbor Up! Week is a chance to celebrate what makes us a community, and to learn more about how to make your neighborhood an even better place to live. CONO knows that neighborhoods are the building blocks of cities and counties, and the basic units of democracy. When neighborhoods work well, they are where residents come together to solve mutual problems and care for one another.
