Outdoor landscape watering restrictions on residential customers
- Beginning April 1, you may only water on Sunday and Wednesday if your house address is an even number, or Tuesday and Saturday if your house address is an odd number.
- You may only water between 6 p.m. and 10 a.m. from May 1 through Oct. 1.
- You may water for no more than three hours on your designated watering days.

The HOA Information Office and Resource Center provides information on the rights and duties of homeowners and associations under the Colorado Common Interest Ownership Act. The Office is responsible for tracking inquiries and complaints and provides a search for home owners associations or management companies.
